The Space:
The perfect place for a romantic getaway in the heart of Park City's historic district, this beautifully decorated home will wow you at every turn.

Upon entrance to this well-appointed condo, guests will marvel at the high-end stone finishes throughout the home. The vast windows bring plenty of natural light, while the luxurious floor-to-ceiling windows give a classic elegance to the space. The living room boasts recliner leather seating, where you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in Park City. Snuggle up with blankets and a cup of hot cocoa while watching your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The living room also features a couple of unique stone bar seating that overlooks the stunning Park City historic district, alongside spectacular forest and mountain views.

The fully-equipped kitchen is tastefully designed with stunning granite countertops, a unique stone bar stool seating, modern stainless steel appliances, and a wine rack. Whip up a delicious homemade meal and tell stories of your exciting day in Park City as you enjoy dinner. The master bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, lounge seating, flat-screen TV, and access to a private outdoor balcony -- step out and breathe in the fresh mountain air while you stargaze at night with your loved one. Around the corner from the master bedroom is a beautifully decorated full bathroom with a deluxe steam shower to melt your stress away. Guest will have access to the entire home and a private outdoor balcony.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District, where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a couple of blocks from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.

The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note that there might be some noise from outside, considering the condominium is situated near Main St.

Short Getaway

The property was conveniently located right in the middle of Main St. The condo was clean and cozy. The condo does get warm, without the heat being on, so you may need to open the windows to cool things down. We would definitely stay there again.

Very cool pad in one of the best possible locations in Park City. Everything was just as advertised and it looked just like the pics irl. No noise inside even though it overlooks Main St. Lucky owner.

Great location

Perfect spot on Main Street. Steps from shopping and restaurants. Quiet considering it’s on the major street. Bar stools are flagstone, not comfortable but as advertised so not a complaint at all just something I’ve not seen/experienced before. Appreciated the cleanliness and well appointed kitchen

Great stay once we figured out parking .

Once we figured out the parking situation the stay was wonderful. China Bridge parking garage is your best friend for overnight parking. Location was perfect with easy access to skiing, restaurants and shops.

Heart of downtown

Just a few steps from great restaurants and all the amenities that Park City has to offer. Parking for your car has to be a block away and paid for daily, but unless you are headed to golf courses (summer), you may not need to even move your car. Very comfortable unit with well-equipped kitchen and super clean.Fun time!

Great 1br condo on Main Street in the Galleria building. Beautiful interior, huge living room windows overlooking Main St. Steps away from shopping, excellent restaurants and bars. Short walk to the Town Lift. Would 100% stay again on our next trip.

Great Location

We were in the perfect spot on Main Street. Just steps from all the great restaurants, shops, and bars! Even better was our proximity to the town lift which was a short walk every morning to some seriously great snow! The place itself was incredible... really lends itself to skiers with the time floor, boot heaters, and lazy boy recliners. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and very nice! It's location is ideal as well. Easy to walk to bars restaurants, and stores. It's also easy to catch the bus to go the supermarket (just one stop). It is about a a 5 minute walk (maybe 10 in all your gear) to the bottom of town lift. But overall a wonderful place that I would definitely stay in again.

Great location

This is a small property but it has everything you need. The best part is the location. Right on Main Street and directly behind is the transit center. Quick walk to bus over to deer valley for us. I don’t think we waited for bus more than a minute and with ski valet at Deer Valet easier commute in street shoes. Restaurants and shopping right on Main Street

Amazing Condo

This condo was perfect for the wife and I’s quick weekend trip. We enjoyed the location right on Main Street which allowed us to walk to all restaurants and shopping. Since we were skiing deer valley the public transportation was just steps out the back of the property which made it easy to travel to DV. We will stay in this property each time we go to Park City. Top Notch!

I had trouble with the link to check-in, however response was quick to assist me. Unit was as described and convenient to downtown for summer activities. Not having a parking space might be a bigger problem in winter.

What a wonderful time

This was our first time in Park City for the ski season and what a wonderful time it was. The place we rented was everything we could have hoped for. The accommodation are very nice. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Park City. We planned on renting a car and after talking to the most awesome host, Renee, we decided to not rent a car and we didn't miss having one. The bus transportation, which doesn't cost anything, was perfect to Park City Mountain for skiing and other destinations around the town. Love it! Thank you Renee, for making our stay perfect. You're awesome.

Great Location Ideal For Couple

This small condo is situated on the center of Park City's Main Street. It was clean and bright with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. It is perfect for a couple and has nice counter spaces for remote-workers with good views of town and the mountains. While it does have a small deck of the bedroom, it is quite tiny and there are no chairs/tables. The shared deck just upstairs offers nice views and a BBQ grill, however, there is no shade which can be a problem on hot summer afternoons/evenings. Since there is no on-site parking, the renters are required to find their own parking. The nearest public garage is called China Bridge, but there are signs indicating no overnight parking with towing, which seems to only be enforce during the winter starting in 2023. There is free daytime parking in the garage until 6pm but you need to be aware of special event parking days since the do tow. When you arrive at the unit, do not pull up to the crowded Main Street front side of the building but instead pull into the rear parking lot which offers free 1 hour parking until 6pm. The unit is on the fifth floor. The building elevator was down for most of our stay, which makes for a long walk up the stairs daily. The other unit owners we met indicated this was a regular occurrence with the elevator at this time. The water in the building and around town seems to have an unusual taste, so plan on bringing your own drinking water. Overall, we enjoyed our summer-time stay in this condo unit.
