There is a window AC unit in the upstairs bedroom which keeps that room nice and comfortable, and there is an additional portable AC unit in the living room on the main floor. But there is no AC in the downstairs bedroom. Bedrooms/Sleeping Arrangements: The condo features two spacious bedrooms, one on the top floor (the third level) and another on the lowest level. Each of these bedrooms is furnished with luxurious queen-size beds for a truly comfortable night's sleep. While the main floor doesn't include any bedrooms, you'll find a queen-size sleeper sofa in the inviting living room, providing an additional sleeping option. Moreover, both bedrooms have the convenience of a fold-up memory foam twin ZL-size mattress (or coupled together for a king size bed), which can be placed anywhere on the floor for added versatility. In total, the condo accommodates a maximum of Eight (8) guests. Bathrooms: Each bedroom boasts its own exclusive full bathroom, complete with double sink vanities and showers; the upstairs bathroom includes a garden tub. In the showers, you'll find mounted soap dispensers filled with Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathrooms are well-stocked with essential amenities, including toilet paper, hand soap, black makeup towels, hand towels, and hair dryers. For added convenience, there's a half bathroom on the main floor. Kitchen: The dining area, seamlessly integrated into the kitchen, features a spacious island/table comfortably seating 6, expandable to 8 with the addition of two bistro barstool chairs. You'll find it fully equipped with all essential cookware for preparing home-cooked meals while on the go, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, mixing bowls, baking sheets, an assortment of spices, cooking oils, and more. Additionally, a Keurig coffee maker awaits, stocked with a generous supply of complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar/sweetener. Laundry: The washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet within the bottom-floor bedroom. You'll enjoy unrestricted access to these facilities throughout your stay, with a well-stocked supply of laundry essentials. There are two access codes needed to get checked in. One for the garage, and one for the front door of the condo.
