We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. The location was excellent—situated in a pleasant neighborhood and just a short walk to Metro/buses, which made getting around the city very convenient. It is surrounded by cafe's and excellent restaurants on beautiful Parisian boulevards, and within easy walking distance of major attractions. The apartment itself is simple but comfortable for two people. There were some minor annoyances and an attempt to contact the hosting company was unsuccessful. Also, reaching the apartment requires climbing 85 steep stairs. But on the whole it is a good base for exploring Paris, and we enjoyed our time there. ##### Amir A. While the place is small, the furniture is Ikea like and is a top floor walkup (which is clearly noted in the property description) it was a perfect home base for the three of us. Definitely a tight fit but there is no wasted space and it has a washing machine and drying rack which was a great feature and had two standing fans and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, so even though we were here in a heatwave, we didn't feel like we were melting. And the location was super close to the Metro's line 9 so it was fast and easy to get around. Lastly, the communication with the property managers was excellent.
