The hotel is excellent with the metro station just infront. It’s also withing walking distance to the popular sights. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Staff were always helpful. We booked a room with balcony and loved it.

The star of the hotel is the staff, especially the breakfast staff and house keeping The location is good as the metro is just at the front. It is also within walking distance to some of the sights to see in Paris. Would definitely comeback again.

Very clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice. It's on a busy street, so there's definitely street noise but that comes with the area. Within walking distance of many Paris landmarks. The staff were excellent.

Lovely Hotel

The second time for us at this lovely hotel. Cool design and love the lobby/restaurant/lounge area. Pasteur Metro station is just across the street about 30 meters where you reach anywhere in Paris. The hotel is newer but on the second trip I see minor issues that they need to pay more attention to house cleaning and furniture upkeep Generally, I look forward to staying. In this hotel again and again.

Very nice place if you can get it at a discount. The rooms are very small so fellow Americans be warned. The hotel restaurant was delicious but extremely expensive even for Paris

Villa M is a very comfortable, newly refurbished hotel in the Montparnasse area of Paris. The rooms offer balconies which are fully covered in growing plants, which makes the view exceptional. Staff is very friendly, they do valet parking and EV charging, which is a particular plus.

Best International Hotel in Ages

The room was comfortable, the staff was so accommodating and looking for anything and everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The building was beautifully designed and very welcoming. The food was fantastic. The parking was a bit expensive but that is to be expected with onsite parking in the heart of Paris. Will definitely book when back in the city.

My husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed a 4 night stay at Villa M. We arrived by car after a long day’s travel and from the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful from assisting with the parking, to helping with the luggage and ensuring we were well settled in our rooms. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, clean and modern with all amenities needed. The restaurant is also good, with friendly and professional service, and all accommodating of English speakers. The hotel is located just across the street from line 6 and 12 metro so transportation was very easy for us to access all the city sites. Thank you to the Villa M staff for making our stay so enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

our room was not cleaned the second night and the coffee machine water was not refilled for the last two nights. Could never reach the front desk by phone or chat, needed to go to the front desk for inquiry. Very good shower appliances and comfy bed, but the cleanliness quality needs to be improved.

Their rooms are relatively small when I have already booked a larger room size. My room has ants issue. I found out when I checked in to my next hotel after opening my luggage. They should consider removing all the plants around the entire external wall area. It's causing pest issue. And the balcony, no one would go out there when there are many pigeons hanging around.

Pretty hotel, AC issues, and overpriced: mediocre.

The good: Generally, the hotel is great. Really pretty from the outside. Friendly service. Rooms are modern looking. The bad: For such an expensive hotel, the AC in the rooms are almost non-existent (caveat, we stayed in summer). We had 2 rooms, and had the AC cranked up to the max and we’re still a bit warm. If you’re booking in the winter, no problem. In the summer? I’d recommend somewhere else. The only other negative was that the breakfast was outrageously overpriced for a veryyy small buffet (bread, fruit, some pastries, and eggs for 24 euro pp).

This hotel has an excellent location and a lot of things going for it including a good breakfast and restaurant and a rooftop which was unfortunately not open during our visit. The price was also competitive However for a 4 start hotel, many details are just not acceptable and not consistent with what you can find at other 4 start hotels in Paris in the same category. Underneath the sheet the mattress was covered by a protective cover in synthetic fabric making the bed very hot. Other hotels have a cover in cotton. We had intermittent sewage smell in the bathroom which one day was very strong. The cleaning of the room was spotty with things missing, not replaced (one day coffee pods, another day milk etc...) and not cleaned thoroughly in the bathroom. One time we called the reception to have the 2 glasses usually in the room replaced and it took a second call and 1hour to get them. The staff was nice and courteous but ineffective. We raised these issues when checking out and the staff person left us to believe that her manager would make a gesture (we did not ask for anything) but in the end there was no gesture. So they missed the mark until the end. Too bad. We come to Paris often but wont be returning.

Cozy boutique hotel in a great location with a metro station directly in front of the hotel. Initially I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room but the second day I was left disappointed when cleaning staff took shortcuts and didn’t replace towels or fully restock Mini bar. They folded my used, wet towel and placed it back on the shelf! When I asked for new towels I got one with someone’s long hair wrapped within it. The bed was comfortable but room soundproofing wasn’t the best. Some reception staff were friendly and polite but some staff were just not interested and came across a little rude. There is an amazing little Taco place across the road, two bakeries opposite and a really nice ice cream shop. I would recommend this hotel to friends but I’m not sure I’d return in a hurry. I may try somewhere else next time.
