Die Wohnung an sich war gut. Das Problem war die Kommunikation. Es kam keine Antwort über das Fewo-Direkt-Portal auf die Nachfrage zum Checkin-Prozedere. Beim Telefonanruf am Tag vor der Anreise hieß es, die Wohnung sei vergeben, wir können nicht anreisen. Die Nachfrage bei Fewo-Direkt ergab dann später doch eine Verfügbarkeit. Der Aufenthalt war dann in Ordnung. Nach dem Auschecken kam dann eine Reklamation über eine kaputte Schranktüre, die wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten.
