Impossible de dormir. J'ai voulu changer de chambre et la personne à la réception a confirmé que c'était complet, sans aucune sympathie. Pas d'excuses, pas de dédommagement. My room was clean and compact with a spacious and modern bathroom and a firm but comfortable bed. I appreciated the coffee/tea unit and the fact that your key card unlocks the front door. The staff is helpful and kind. Just one drawback: the curtains are not a tight fit to the window and allow in light.
