The amenities are very good. Proximity to places of interest (Notre Dame, the Louvre, Saint Chapelle, the Opera) and to the metro cannot be beat. The most difficult thing is that this is a 4th floor walkup with a spiral staircase with uneven treads, making it a bit treacherous if you are not careful. Clean and big flat by Paris standards at least. were good and the showers were good. Small gallery kitchen but very well equipped. Exactly what you need. Tips in the guide were very good andnote Yam 'Tcha, featured in Netflix's The Chef's Table is next door. Brilliant! Great local grocer and all the sites including the Louvre on the doorstep. Very clean. Located in a very good area very safe. There were lots of restaurants and shopping around us. Everything was easily walkable. We got in late and was met by the agent.
