The television never worked the entire 4 days we were there. The various staff members came up 3 separate times to fix it but never did. We were promised a bottle of wine but we received a half bottle of sparkling juice (0% wine). There was very loud construction taking place all day, every day we were there. It was hard to relax. We were not informed that there would be such disruptive noises. But, the room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything except salt and pepper. The neighborhood was great. Our apartment was lovely and was very modern and fresh. The kitchen facilities were ideal of our stay, with supermarkets close by. The location is fantastic, in a nice district with easy access to 6/7 metro/RER lines, making it a great base for seeing Paris and bit beyond (e.g. Disneyland, Versailles). The check-in and check-out process worked smoothly for us. We didn’t really need to see or speak to anyone there, although the staff were very pleasant and helpful when we did. There’s no towel racks to hang towels after you shower so I had to request a balcony dryer but we had rain so it was pointless. If it was a 5 star then why are we require to take trash. Gym is sufficient-one treadmill, which felt like it was going to break if I was running fast. If you request cleaning then it’s an extra cost plus if you switch your towels.
