We are a family of 4 and having separate rooms for the two teenagers was great. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with modern features and lovely furnishings. Layout was good with separate bedroom space for 2 adults and a teenager. Check-in communication was very good, and Samuel was very helpful with getting us settled and oriented to the area. Metro station, grocery and restaurants close by. Very comfortable living room space. Kitchen was equipped for our needs, and it was helpful to have a clothes washer and drying rack available.Only criticism is about the process with the damage deposit. Our host stayed in contact with us through some delayed enroute to the apartment and stuck around to meet us to show us how to get into the apartment. He also stayed in contact throughout our entire stay. We had a light bulb burn out, and told our host there was no rush on replacing it, and it was replaced when we got back after a day of exploring the city. Note to renters from the US who arent used to how building floors are numbered in europe. This apartment is on 2nd floor, which would be what we'd call the 3rd floor here in the states.Apartment was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The neighborhood is nice and has plenty of food options and access to multiple metro trains plus Gare du Noord is litterally a 5 minute walk.
