It is well positioned in the marsh area 5 minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, television, wifi ..., the apartment has two double beds and a wardrobe. The kitchen is open to the dining area, equipped with an extendable dining table. The bathroom, renovated, has a shower, sink with mirror and a storage unit. The washer worked well and laundry detergent was supplied. The check in and check out process were super easy. Staying at Vincent's apartment in the Merais was perfectly located close to amazing local street scene of cafes, boulangeries, patisseries, restaurants, stores, museums and more as well as being close to a Metro stop. Notre Dame was a 5 minute walk away. That said, the apartment was located in a classic Parisian courtyard so we heard no street noise once we were in for the night. It took us a day or two to get used to the of the apartment. The space is small but we mostly just slept there.
