Welcome to this 35 sqm apartment full of zest with Mediterranean accents. Klein blue and terracotta highlight the architecture of this comfortable one-bedroom unit. Entirely designed by a Parisian interior architect to welcome you during your stays in Paris.  
  
Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, etc.). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests thank to its queen size bed on the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room.

With a lively market (on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday morning), welcoming cafes, and numerous cultural facilities, Malakoff appeals to both families and professionals.  
  
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the metro (Line 13), providing quick access to Paris and making it an ideal place to enjoy the best of both worlds.
