One of the rooms was a really cold attic, everything makes noise like the building is about to fall down and there is some serious deflection on the ceiling. Breakfast is in very tight quarters. We were four with two teens. The pictures and description made the room appear to have two big beds. But it was a queen with a single and trundle. However the trundle was really comfortable. The AC worked great. The room and bathroom were spacious for Paris. Being on the top floor it was very quiet but no view.
