Space is beautiful and looks just as pictured. Neighborhood is conveniently located. The lift works for bags but is very small so be mindful that you may have to carry luggage up flights of stairs.

Staff often did not reply to my communication. The rooms had a mouldy smell particularly in the bathroom. The light in the stairwell did not work which made it dangerous walking up and down in the dark. We didn’t cook but if other guests want to cook more utensils etc would be required. It was a great location and tidy with nice detail. Thank you.

We loved the beauty and space of the apartment. Especially pretty was the large oval leaded glass window of the living room. The beds were so very comfortable, even the sofa bed. We all had restful sleep. Wonderful linen and comforters. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Washer/dryer unit in room was convenient. The shower was fabulous, including a rainshower head. Coffe and tea were provided which was lovely in the morning. Cons: Washer/dryer took a long time per load. I dont think it drained, spun clothes as efficiently as it could have. There was no microwave. The shower drain couldn't handle the water and overflowed onto the bath floor. Way too expensive for two nights. But overall we loved it and would use this company again! It made our trip to Paris very lovely. Thank you, Merveil Apartments. Sincerely, The Pelley Family

Video on how to acces the apartment was incorrect and did not instruct to wait for a while after access codes was entered before trying to open the door. Several calls to customer service during office hours were neither answered nor returned.

Un appartamento da favola in una posizione eccezionale. Le stanze non sono grandissime, ma sono perfettamente curate nei minimi dettagli e funzionali sotto ogni aspetto. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario. L'assistenza è stata impeccabile grazie alla chat che ci ha fornito le risposte in tempo reale ad ogni nostra esigenza. Anche un problema alla lavastoviglie è stato risolto in tempi brevissimi senza nessun disagio per noi. L'appartamento è vicino alla stazione metro ma anche a piedi si può raggiungere Notre-Dame o il Louvre. A pochi metri c'è anche un ottimo supermercato per tutto il necessario. Complimenti davvero per tutto!
