You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment enjoying an extraordinary view of the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops of Paris from all the rooms of the apartment.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum, Centre Georges Pompidou, le Marais and many famous monuments nearby.

This apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining area in a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character under the roofs with its breathtaking view of Paris from all the rooms of the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 8 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We loved our stay in this beautiful flat! Check-in was easy and the communication was great. The flat was quiet with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower during the day and at night. The location is fantastic - right across the street from Rue Montorgueil - near lots of restaurants, cafes and boutiques. We were able to walk everywhere; however, the Eiffel Tower area is about 50 minutes away by car, so make sure you plan around that if you've booked a tour. Enjoy this wonderful place...it is very special!!

A meticulous job was done in modernizing this apartment. It is clean and bright and everything works well. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for waking all over the city, and metro and bus routes are handy, also.

We traveled with our family. The apartment was spacious, completely updated, tons of cafes within walking distance and near the Sente subway. A huge plus was the living space plus and each bedroom had air conditioning. Pretty rare in rental properties in Paris. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience

The best accommodation I've ever been in Paris with an amazing view of the city. It was above and beyond our expectations. The apartment is ideally located near the main points of interest, with a metro station right next door. Additionally, there is a wide variety of restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. Overall, it is well-equipped with all the necessary stuff needed if you wish to cook at home. We were seven people and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. I totally recommend it and will definitely book it again next time I travel to Paris.

Lovely property with very comfortable beds, three showers, two toilets. This apartment is in a lovely area close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants and feels like a very safe area. It is accurately described, there is a great, friendly little bar next door but one! We were impressed by the communication and meet/greet, they even had a bottle of wine waiting, coffee pods and all cleaning gear, plenty of loo rolls (which you don’t always get)We had a fabulous weekend and were easily able to navigate and walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Arc d Triomphe etc. Many great restaurants on the doorstep. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.All locals were very friendly and cafes accommodated all 7 of us even when they were very busy. Fab stay, thank you

FABULOUS APARTMENT!

The communication with the host was amazing from the start and throughout the course of the stay. Offered excellent recommendations for groceries and restaurants! I cannot rave enough about the location. It is so easy to walk to cafes, shops, and several metro stops. If you like designer clothing, visit "Bobby" right across the street for secondhand high-end designer goodies! The apartment is also extremely beautiful and well situated for a group of 6 to 8, with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, and stocked for anything you might need. We absolutely loved it and would happily stay again the next time we are in Paris!

Owners were great to work with, but the electronic toilet simply does not work properly. essentially 5 adults one functioning toilet. not a good deal. please change the electronic toilet to a real one immediately, this will change my rating. Area is good and near many cafes and a bustling center to observe French life The view from the unit is Wonderful mini kitchen is pretty good Wahser and dryer is all in one and does work TV did not work for us

Great apartment in an amazing location

First off, when talking about this property, you need to talk about the location. Hundreds of restaurants, bakeries and shops are all just a few minutes walk. Walking to the Louvre or Notre Dame is about 25 minutes and there is a metro station across the street. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. There is a nice elevator up to the 6th floor and you have to walk up to the 7th where the apartment is. There are 3 bedrooms, a fairly spacious living room and a great view where you can see the Eiffel Tower and the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre. Getting in was pretty easy with the property manager there to greet us. We just had to message them when we arrived at the train station. Overall, it was a great experience. And with 6 people, it was cheaper than if we rented multiple hotel rooms.

Amazing Paris stay

We stayed six nights in this comfortable flat. It was perfect for our family of me, my wife and our three teenage boys. The flat was cozy and comfortable. It felt central to most everything we wanted to see and do in Paris. We're from NY City so we're used to walking and almost everything was within 40 minutes. For the times we were too tired to walk, we ended up in an Uber - which was much less expensive than the Uber's in NYC. The neighborhood is nice but feels a bit commercial. That was ok for us. There are a number of nice streets in the area with some good restaurants and cafes. Everything was convenient and easily accessible.The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. Check-in was simple - someone met us at the door and showed us into the flat. Check-out was even easier - just leave. We only needed to reach out to the team once. One of the towel warmers/heaters in one of the bathrooms was broken. They sent someone first thing the next morning to replace.Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Great property near the heart of Paris

We stayed at the property for 6 days/5 nights. Throughout the whole process, the owner (Elise) and the other manager (Emeric) were constantly in touch with us and ensuring that we had everything that we needed. Emeric met with us on the day we checked in, showed us around the apartment, and talked about the surrounding area a bit. They have a website that has a list of recommendations, which we found extremely useful. Directly outside the building, there is a metro stop and a long street with just about the everything you could need during the stay (ends in a big mall and major metro transfer station - Chatelet). It is a 10-15 min walk to the Louvre. The rest of the monuments/museums may be too far to walk for most people as they are between 30-60 min by foot; however, they are easily accessible by metro (10-15 min). I would only use taxi/car as a last resort because traffic can become really bad. We found many of the taxi times were way longer than metro or walking. We loved our stay at the property and would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the 1st arrondissement.

We loved the neighborhood. Proximity to restaurants and shopping. Makes you feel like a Parisian for a few days. We really enjoyed it. Place was great spacious and clean. AC took a day to figure out but that was on us. Really no issues. Would certainly stay there again and highly reccomend!
