Hotel was in perfect location for the Metro and walking into the old quarters of Paris. Lots of cafes and dining options. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable, appreciated the elevator after hours of walking around with bags.

Really cute Hôtel surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. We had a room in the 5th floor and the view from the balcony was amazing! We could see Sacre-Coeur it was so impressive.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was excellent; flight delayed, so I called ahead to advise we may be late checking in, and the gentleman on reception was very helpful. The room was small, but big enough for our short stay; but the balcony and view!!! MAGNIFIQUE! Clean room, comfortable beds, excellent bathroom, and the Cafe Folies opposite was also excellent. Highly recommend!

The stay was great. The location is amazing. It has lot of restaurants and cafes and very near to most of the site seeing just a metro away. The early Checkin wasn’t possible during our stay we had to wait for 3hrs.

The location is great as it is not a far walk to different metro stops. The staff is amazing!!! Room was serviced each day. The suite had room with a sitting area and bed in the back. Problem with the room was the curtains were so dirty. Stains all over them. They need to be replaced big time.

Fantastic location

Really lovely twin room and in a great location, easy access to metros and safe area. Mini-fridge in the room didn’t work, staff said there was nothing they could do to fix this. The walls were also a little thin, so could hear noise from neighbours.

We had a good tine at Wit hotel. Easy connections to points of interest. The only inconvenience was that hotel doors are not sound proof and you can here the noise from the corridor.

Smelled of puke with low security

Room smelled significantly of puke, no functioning door in the shower cabin and out of date security system for the keys I.e., the staff “remembered” who owned which key. Making it somewhat easy to go in and claim a random key number since you had to leave it at the counter when exiting the hotel.

The hotel was advertised as wheelchair accessible, but the room and bathroom were not suitable for wheelchair users. Doorways were narrow, the bathtub and slippery tiles made it unsafe, and high towel hooks and an inaccessible sink made the room extremely difficult to use. We had to go down to reception to ask for soap, as there was none provided in the room. There was also no soap in the room, which we only received after asking for it. We contacted the hotel in advance to check accessibility and were assured it would not be a problem – this was unfortunately not true. Hotels.com offered a 15% refund as a gesture, but the experience was still significantly compromised. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life and I seriously advise Do Not Book This Hotel!!! It may be cheap or affordable and look to be a good location but it really isn’t. The noice pollution in this hotel is dreadful from quests slamming doors and shouting either early morning or late at night its horrendous. When the breakfast dinning room opens they proceed to play loud music that you can hear all the way at the top floor zero consideration for any guests. The room service (the cleaners) are absolutely the worst part, they make so much noise shouting in some African language, they leave all the dirty laundry bags right in the middle off the halls and stairs making the place an obstacle course to even get out off the place. I noticed at night some hairs in my mouth and I have zero doubts that the hairs all over my room were from the cleaners literally all over my bed and floor it’s seriously disgusting. I left the do not disturb tab on my door plenty time and still I was disturbed by the cleaners banging away at my door screaming “room service” was a nightmare I even had guests to enter my room due to the layout off the hotel obviously being to confusing for the average French person. Overall the place is so overpriced the beds are rubbish, lights in room barely work, taps and showers dreadful, I’m happy to say I will never be staying in this 3rd world dump off a hotel again.
