Accommodating up to 8 people, it's ideal for a family. We look forward to welcoming you! :) \## Logement Located on the ground floor, it comprises : \- three bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, one with a pull-out double bed, and the last with a sofa bed; \- a bathroom with a bathtub; to access the bathroom, there are a few steps to go down; \- a fully-equipped kitchen; \- a dining area with table and chairs ; \- and a living room with sofa bed. You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm. For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal : Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, Espresso coffee machine with percolator, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment is close to subway line 5. There's a "Coccinelle Express" supermarket 250 m from the building for your everyday needs. There are also a number of excellent restaurants in the area. You can opt for a stroll along the quays of Saint-Bernard or an evening of dancing and music. For the latter, I recommend Péniche Son de la terre (good jazz music and good food).
