"Staff is always very helpful"

"The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so the exterior was not very appealing. We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately the view from our window was disappointing—it overlooked a lower rooftop that had visible garbage. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lounge was decent. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, but a key drawback—at least for our room—was the unpleasant window view."

"The best thing about this hotel is how easy it was to get from and to CDG. We had pasta at the restaurant Pia, which was not very good but the pizza was okay. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower was decent. I would stay there again for the combo of convenience and price."
