This is an amazing affordable property within walking distance of the North Station. Very convenient to come in straight from the airport via RER trains. Also great location, walking distance to multiple Metro and bus lines helping connect to many of the attractions in the city. Staff was courteous and helpful with luggage storage and helping with early check in depending on availability. The breakfast menu is pretty decent with fresh options. Overall, great stay for travelers looking for a decent rest in a safe and quiet spot in bustling Paris!

The staff were very nice and helpful, however, the hotel was being renovated whilst we were there and the paint gave us allergic reaction all through our stay. They should have closed the hotel for renovations and provided alternative accommodation for guests.

Perusvarmaa hotelliketjun laatua

Hyvä sijainti rauhallisen kadun varrella. Metro lähellä eikä rautatieasemakaan kaukana. Huone oli juuri remontoitu ja osa kerroksista vielä työn alla. Huone ihan tyylikäs mutta melko pelkistetty eikä juurikaan lasku tai säilytystilaa. Hiukan ohuet seinät ja naapurista sekä käytäviltä kuului jonkin verran ääniä, ruuhkaisempaan aikaan ehkä enemmänkin. Tehokas ilmastointi ja ranskalaisesta parvekkeestakin sai raitista ilmaa. Perus hyvä aamupala buffet. Ihan mukava henkilökunta. Respa vähän jännä, käytännössä tietokone aulan nurkassa ja muuten henkilökunta hengaili lähettyvillä. Perusvarmaa hotelliketjun laatua.

Horrible, fuyez!

Nous sommes arrivé à l’hôtel, nous avons reçu un accueil pitoyable de la réceptionniste à qui on venait clairement s’interrompre le repas. Elle nous a donné une chambre avec moins d’un pieds de chaque côté du lit, vu sur l’immeuble à 2m de côté et avec une porte de douche qui ne s’ouvrait qu’à moitié, histoire d’être sur que je ne puisse pas y aller. Après avoir fait par à la réceptionniste des problèmes reliés à la chambre et le fait que selon les photos du site, je pourrais entrer dans la douche et me déplacer aisément, elle a dit qu’on avait qu’à mentionner qu’on voulait une chambre qui ressemble aux photos. Elle a dit qu’on devait mentionner qu’on voulait avoir se pour quoi on avait choisi cet hôtel, que ce n’était pas son problème et qu’elle ne pouvait rien pour nous. J’ai dû contacter le service à la clientèle pour que par miracle une heure plus tard, l’hôtel aie la chambre rouge des photos de disponible (merci au service à la clientèle de ce site). Malgré tout ses défauts : eau qui ne s’évacue pas dans la douche, lumière brûlée, housse tachée, vis manquante, abat-jour brisé, joints moisis de la douche. On a gardé la deuxième chambre qu’en même. Le jour du départ, la femme de chambre venait cogner au 30 minutes à partir de 9:15 pour voir si on avait quitter (il n’y avait pas de papier ne pas déranger). Pire hôtel de ma vie, ne vaut clairement pas un ibis Style et encore moins ces 3 étoiles.

Very good location, only 10 minutes walk from Gare Du Nore station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He let us checked in one room first and put our luggage in very early morning. The breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. We've spent a very happy half term holiday in Paris.

Heel leuk (klein) hotel op loopafstand van het metrostation. Het hotel zit in een rustige straat. Super vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zagen er netjes uit en waren gewoon goed. Min punt is dat je er niet kan parkeren. Voor het hotel zijn een aantal parkeerplaatsen, alleen betaal je daar €12 in het uur voor en zijn deze plaatsen al gauw vol.

Lovely little hotel not far from Gare di Nord and Galeries La Fayette. Welcoming and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet and perfect location for waking around Paris. Loved it.
