The hotel was exactly what we needed for our trip to the property; friendly staff, clean (and nice) rooms and a metro stop within 5 mins. There's good WiFi throughout the hotel and we were really happy with our stay. The only thing to keep in mind was that directly opposite the hotel, there were loads of cars parked on the public path with people living out of the vehicles. While it has nothing to do with our experience staying at the hotel (which we were really happy with) just pointing it out as walking back at night, you might feel a little unsafe. We avoided it by walking around the pavement rather than cutting through the public path. It hardly made a difference in the length of our walk, but the pavement is well lit unlike the public path with the cars. But we were really happy with our stay and would happily stay at the hotel again if we visited Paris again

You have to pay to leave your luggage during the day; and that’s the only hotel in which I had to do that. The location is TERRIBLE. VERY sketchy neighborhood. Otherwise the room was clean and the A.C (not controlled in the room) worked okay.

The beginning of chaos: We arrived at the 2 stars part of the hotel, as there is another entrance of the same hotel classified as 3 stars (same hotel). The entrance had a water pipe leakage coming out of the entrance, taking over the sidewalk, which lasts for 2 days consecutives. The surrounding areas (sidewalk), including the entrance of a Shopping Centre part of the same multiuse building, smells urine, like the whole area had been mopped using urine instead cleaning products (that was during all 7 days we were there). Across the road there sometimes is, what looks like, a stolen goods street market operating from suitcases on the pavement. It packed up very quickly one day when police arrived. The floor in our room was very dirty; we could not walk bare foot. Bathroom toiletry in the shower box was on the floor, due to lack of bottle support on the wall. No hooks to hang towels, and the fan inside it only works if you put the A.C. in the room on. Then, breakfast: Charged about £9 (if it is not included), for an extremely poor buffet. Dirty crockery and cutlery, that we cleaned everyday with napkin before use. There was often none available due to the obliviousness of the staff to top up the shelving. The quality of the food was shocking. White loaf bread only, baguettes and croissants, cakes, everything felt like was bought from the supermarket below. Honey was syrup. The “fruit salad” had apples and watermelon only and sometimes brown due to being from the previous day.
