Poor service, They do not clean the rooms. They have vending machines inside the hotel, they claim are not theirs and do not take responsibility if they work or not. The breakfast is really poor. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the location is convenient.

Hotel has been in such a poor state, poor lift and low grade breakfast, cleaning also staff. I was charged again some hidden taxes when I booked for my breakfast and paid €20 cash. When askedI was told some more taxes of approx €9 Its not an international standard service.

Clean, cheap hotel with easy access to city

Hotel was better than expected. Nice clean, quiet hotel and rooms. Large secure underground car park (€10/night), entrance very narrow. Breakfast was ok but if you venture out to the local shops there is a nice bakery that also sells coffee and freshly made sandwiches (lovely). Hotel nextdoor to a supermarket and a few minutes walk from metro (line 12).

Staff was very kind and friendly, especially Alma. The hotel could be modernized and due to the high traffic, there was always a waiting time for the elevator. (Stairs not open to residents). Could be more tidy. AC not working in either rooms we had. Area isn’t the safest.

The hotel was more basic than I have stayed at other Ibis Budget. Staff were friendly. Only one lift was working at the time so long waits to get up and down. Felt quite rundown.

Good budget hotel

The location is good. Being a budget hotel we can’t expect a lot of amenities. The checkout was a little bit hostile, even though I informed the person at the reception (with the ‘Security’ tag) that I will need some additional time (about 10 - 15 min) as I was expecting a food delivery. The cleaning crew was knocking on the door every 3 - 4 minutes asking me to leave the room immediately
