House to rent 3 km away from Paris

We rent our house of 157 m2 situated in a green and quiet spot just 5 min away from Paris by car. There is a big parking place in the garden or 2 tiny places. We have 5 bikes and 5 scooters ( for kids and adults). The house has 3 floors of 50 m2 each. There are 4 bed rooms, 4 double beds on single and a big sofa.

The kitchen is big well equipped for everything and opened towards a big daily room.

The garden is of 270 m2 and lovely.
Shops are a few minutes away.

there are 2 barbecues in the garden a dinning table and chairs outside. Animals are not forbidden if you can take care.
