Only 20min from Paris, in a quiet and residential area, charming family house of 150m2 with covered parking, two terraces and a garden for 14 people.
Ideal for couples, families (with children) and large groups.
This family house furnished 150 m2 habitable offers quality services. Gas heating, double glazing, the house is very well insulated, summer and winter.
You will find what you will need:
\- Kitchen: Oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, American fridge
\- Storage cupboards in every room,
\- Washing machine, laundry area
\- Wifi (fiber), TV 49 "+ soundbar, music station, Amazon Prime to watch your movies, Alexa ...
\- Electric shutters
On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room with television, a large dining room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large kitchen of 15m2 fully equipped and possibility to take your meal, a bedroom. All overlooking 2 terraces on each side of the house and a garden.
On the 1st floor, a big clearing, three rooms of 16m2 each minimum, with cupboards and numerous tidying up. At the same level, a bathroom with bathtub.
From the inside of the house, an access to the basement of 60m2 is also possible, with washing machine and a small space bodybuilding.
The private outside, quiet and not overlooked, you can enjoy a terrace of 25m2 and a garden of over 200m2 to enjoy a sunbath, or to make a barbecue or a party ping pong.
From the main entrance, you can park up to two vehicles on the property (one in the basement, the other outside).
The bed: 4 large double beds, 2 single beds, 2 large sofa beds (Poltronesofa) large sizes (140 and 160x200).
You will be 12min walk from the station (RER E),
Motorway access A86 and A4 at 15min.
A supermarket and all shops are nearby.

#### nice house near paris for a big family
Overall is was a great stay. Communication with Jerome was very good.It is a little bit away from the next train station (you get tired after walking a few days through Paris), but it is in a quiet location. We were with 9 people and the size of the house was perfect. It was written included breakfast, but you have to organize your breakfast by yourself (this should be clearly communicated). Not a big issue, very near is a bakery and other stores, where you find everything needed. I can fully recommend this property and thanks to Jerome, who was always helpful.

#### Excellent séjour chez Jérôme
Pour commencer, notre hôte a été plus que disponible. A l'écoute. La maison est spacieuse et idéalement agencée. Nous étions 3 familles de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. L'emplacement est idéal : à 15 minutes à pieds de grands espaces verts, à 40 minutes du Parc Astérix. Le vrai plus est le jardin et le quartier, calme et fleuri. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour faire à manger pour 12. La communication avec Jérôme est fluide et agréable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute pour in séjour au vert et non loin de Paris.

#### Great house for a large grouo
Lovely house that our family enjoyed. We stayed here with a group of 9 ppl and had plenty of room. The host was awesome, friendly and informative. We did not have a vehicle and the train was in easy walking distance. Everything was as described in the ad. Thanks Jerome!

#### Charming, spacious, but out-of-the-way
This home is really quite nice and in a very quiet, charming neighborhood. We had a group of nine and had plenty of space for everyone. A couple of things of which you’ll want to be aware… First, if you’re from North America and are accustomed to air conditioning, none of the homes in the Paris area seem to have it. This might have not been a big deal ordinarily, but it was one of the hottest weeks of the year. A little bad luck there, but we managed with the fans that were available. Second, getting out to Paris was not terribly difficult, but we found that the trains did not always run deep into the night when we attempted to return. Buses did run later, so we made use of them instead where we could. We knew going in where this property was located, but we still ended up getting back a little later than expected in most nights. Aside from those two, this site represented a good value in comparison to the more expensive properties in central Paris. Also, communication with Jérôme could not have been better! Thank you for that! If a quiet retreat from busy Paris is what you want or simply a good value, then this lovely home may suit you well.

#### Paris Mitte, innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit der Bahn
Jerome war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereich vielen lieben Dank dafür. Die Unterkunft war super und alles war vorhanden und sauber. Einkaufenladen und Bäcker waren nicht mal 5 Minunten zu Fuß weg und der Bahnhof ca 10 Minuten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und schön. Ich kann es jeden Empfehlen. Mirko Schäfer

#### Très bon séjour
La location s'est très bien passé, sincèrement le propriétaire a toujours été disponible pour répondre aux questions et ce dès le début, peut être faudrait-il préciser un peu plus la composition de la maison car c'était principalement mes interrogations et entre les photos et le descriptif cela peut prêter parfois à confusion. Mais cela reste un détail, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, avons pu profiter d'un intérieur très agréable en famille pour fêter noel tous ensemble. Je suis sûr qu'aux beaux jours le jardin est un vrai plus ! De plus nous avons pu profiter du parc Astérix qui n'est vraiment pas loin en voiture. En résumé : très bonne location et propriétaire très sympathique.

#### Paris Trip.
I highly recommend this home & host, for your Pairs holiday. The home is beautiful and very spacious, and conveniently located it’s about 50 minutes by train to Paris & 50 minutes by train to Disneyland Pairs. The neighbor is very relaxing if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Jerome is a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful. I enjoyed everything about my stay here
