This hotel was charming and unique. The staff were pleasant and went out of their way to provide helpful recommendations. All were conversant in English, which was also helpful since I was traveling alone from the US and don’t speak French. Rooms were modern and updated, except that the room phones were similar to what you might find in your home rather than business style with buttons pre-programmed to call the front desk or housekeeping, etc. I ended up just running downstairs to talk to the front desk in person when I needed something. Generally clean, though housekeeping was a bit slow and did not arrive until very late in the day so I elected to waive it. There were also small bugs that I found in the bathroom in the tub the second day, though I wonder if they may have come in through a window that I had opened earlier - it was very rainy humid during my visit. All in all a good place to stay during my brief visit to Paris.
