They cleaned next afternoon, said they’d refund 2 of the daily 10 euro cleaning fee. But at check out I spent 10 minutes arguing with the staff on one of the day’s cleaning fee. Astounded they would argue over 10 euros and how many hours we had to sit in filth. I wasn’t even asking to be reimbursed for the night rate or our ruined socks.
