Our 1st night. Hotel was nice. We were overcharged by taxi coming from the airport, there is a FIXED rate. We did know of. Location was away from the center but still nice.

A great little hotel, well-situated for visiting the sights. It was clean and well-decorated; however, the lift didn't work whilst we were there and we were on the 5th floor. Also, the shower head was broken and it sprayed water all over the bathroom. Nice complimentary mini bar though.

The staff made every effort to assist us, very friendly. Cleaning lady was very honest, i forgot to lock the safe and left the door wide open(passports and cash) nothing was touched. Close to bus stations, walking distance to Galleries Lafayette... lots of local restaurants and Asian food. we loved it

The staff went above and beyond to attend to our needs. Alexandre was especially attentive and provided bespoke service. Room attendant was also great with service, room kept really clean and items replenished. Will stay certainly there again! Maybe in a bigger room! The staff definitely makes this place! FYI- the elevator is typically( tiny 2-person), and slow-so be prepared. Water pressure is great

My students loved that they stocked as small refrigerator for us so that the students had some cold beverages. Very kind staff, clean, love the art deco style. Great location with easy access to the Metro, walking distance to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre.
