The location was decent and the property itself appeared clean, but the listing was very misleading. When we first arrived, our room had no towels or hand soap. After requesting towels, we were given damp ones hours later. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, when we asked for soap, staff handed it to us in a teacup and told us to fill the dispenser ourselves. The bathroom was poorly set up, with no shower curtain, causing water to spill all over the floor despite our efforts to keep it contained. Amenities that were expected were either unavailable or nonfunctional. Breakfast was not included, and WiFi did not work at all during our six-day stay. Each time we asked about it, we were told someone would fix it that day, but it never happened. We were initially on the 7 floor and told the WiFi didn’t reach that high, so after several days we were moved to the 3 floor yet it still didn’t work. The only reliable connection was in the lobby. We ultimately had to purchase eSIMs to stay connected in case of emergencies. When we reported that the heat in our room wasn’t working, staff dismissed the concern, saying it was summer and heating wasn’t necessary even though it clearly was not summer and nighttime temperatures dropped to 30–40°F. We spoke to the manager multiple times, and the only compensation offered was a free breakfast on our final morning which did not make up for the experience. I would not stay here again. In my opinion its two-star rating is too generous.

Cramped room and extremely hot with no cooling available. No towels in room and was told they would not be ‘ready’ until 6pm. Extremely high price as rooms hard to find because of train cancellations. It’s a good option for low budget travellers in off season months, but could be much improved.

Tiny room. Bed broken, nails sticking out of it. Bathroom smells of mould, cracked sink. Cannot sit upright on toilet seat, due to cistern. Shower door does not open more than 45degrees. One light not working. No cleaning done. Rhythmic clanking sound at night, stopping sleep.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!

I don’t know where to begin 1. Parking option was 500 meter away ( under train station) the discount code didn’t work and it was 41 euros a day 2. We had no pillow cases no towels. When we asked they said to wait until night so they can complete the wash 3. No aircon and it was 36 degrees. We asked for a small fan and they didn’t have one 4. Bathroom shower directly splashes outside of the bathtub ( makes bathroom like a swimming pool ) 5. No lifts in 6th floor I have no Idea why this hotel has even 2 stars snd why hotels.com still deals with this hotel????

Catastrophique !

Quand j ai vu la chambre, je me suis demandé si c était pas une blague! Elle devait faire 8m2 , un petit contre un mur et le long d’une fenêtre en biais , un placard sans porte degueulasse ! La porte de la douche s’ouvrait à peine car elle était bloquée avec le lavabo . Je suis redescendu à l’accueil pour demander une serviette et un tapis de salle de bain , il m’a répondu que c’était entrain de sécher , je lui ai dit que je voulais au moins une serviette et il m’en a remis une toute humide! La cage d’escalier n’avait jamais été nettoyé ! Ma porte donnait derrière la porte de l’ascenseur, j ai eu des vas et viens toute la nuit ! Vraiment c est honteux de mettre cet hôtel sur votre site !

Meme si l'emplacement est idéal quand on part tôt de la gare du Nord, je ne recommande pas cet hotel. Mauvais accueil par le veilleur de nuit. Pas de serviette à 21h30. Il fallait attendre que le sèche linge se termine à 23h!! Nous avons insisté. Il a fini par nous apporter des serviettes humides! De plus, il a été agressif et impoli! Mucro salle de bain, pas pratique....
