Hotel Glassglow was safe and in a central, good area. It is located in a small street, not a main one and gave us more privacy and less noise. The hotel staff cleaned our room every day and changed our towels. The AC actually worked and was great. Bed was really comfortable too. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Non seulement aucune excuse sincère ne m’a été présentée, mais le réceptionniste m’a proposé une chambre de gamme supérieure avec une attitude limite désagréable, comme s’il me faisait une faveur, alors que c’est leur faute à 100% ! Quand on vend un service à ce prix-là, le minimum, c’est de respecter la réservation et de traiter ses clients avec respect. Très mauvaise première impression.
