Set in Montmartre such a lovely place.

Posted 19-Mar-2017
Pros: The hotel was really great the staff were very friendly and helpful , the room was very clean and smart, we took breakfast in the hotel each morning .
Cons: The only thing for me was I found the bed very uncomfortable, this wouldn't stop me using the hotel again.
Location: Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby also the beautiful Sacre Coeur and central Paris within 15 mins on the metro.
The hotel was near a metro so Paris was really accessible . Some lovely local restaurants and cafes .

Cute and affordable in Montmartre

Posted 19-Mar-2017
Pros: The location, the staff, the view, the price.
Location: Montmartre is an artistic area with beautiful, picturesque streets, the Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur, the Moulin Rouge and beautiful views of the city.
The hotel is cute! The rooms are small, but not too small - a great base for exploring the city. We had a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - booking an airport shuttle, suggesting restaurants, printing out museum tickets. The area was great, and the hotel was affordable. It was a very pleasant experience.

Gem of a small hotel in perfect Parisian location

Posted 14-Mar-2017
Pros: See comments above. Plus ideally placed for attractions of Montmartre (Sacre Coeur, etc). Plentiful restaurants, cafes and bars on the doorstep.
Cons: Breakfast, possibly.
Location: See above. A real Parisian ambience in surrounding streets, with more locals than tourists. Easy Metro access into the centre. Not far Eurostar, too.
My second stay at this typically Parisian small hotel, to my mind located in a delightful location. Not much in the way of frills or amenities, but clean, comfortable and welcoming, and moderately priced for Paris. Room was small without an outlook, but very quiet, with a neat en suite bathroom. I slept very soundly and would return for a third visit without hesitation.

Loved the location of the Hotel and the friendly staff. I thought it was nice that they keep the hotel key when you leave the hotel to prevent it being lost. Overall just a great place.

Very good place to stay to explore Montmartre

Posted 25-Feb-2017
Comfortable, clean and very good location to explore Montmartre. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast bar, but wish breakfast had been more originally French, e.g. fresh coffee. Room was comfortable, very clean, albeit very small and dark as the window looked onto a small inner courtyard. It was also very quiet despite the fact that my room was located near the lift and the hotel was full.

Pros: We liked the fact that it was quite small and individual rather than being part of a chain.
Cons: I would like a kettle in the room.
Location: The hotel was in a good location for exploring the streets of Montmartre and was near to Metro stations. It was quite easy to walk into central Paris.
A very pleasant hotel in a good location. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Charming boutique hotel

Posted 21-Feb-2017
Pros: As soon as you walk into reception, just lovely warm welcome, easy check in, nice touch free soft drinks and tea and coffee from 3pm - 11pm downstairs
Cons: Lift is tiny, says will take 4, we struggled with 2 and bags!!! However beautiful staircase so all good.
Location: Great location, just off Main Street with lots of cafes and shops, 5 minute walk to pick up metro and bus, Sacre Couer 10 minute walk, amazing.
Wonderful stay at this hotel, great location, artwork really brightens hotel and add character, staff all really helpful, bed comfy, we had a room at the front with great view, area came alive at nite, some noise but to be expected but not a problem, will definitely go back and stay again, we walked everywhere from hotel, but good transport links nearby

Good, friendly hotel in Montmartre

Posted 20-Feb-2017
For art lovers, the hotel is very close to the Moulin de la Galette. The people behind the desk were uniformly lovely. The hotel room was reasonable, comfortable and with its own shower. I could have done with somewhere to put the soap. The photos on the wall were interesting, if not to my taste. I would recommend the hotel as a good, friendly and reasonable place to stay.
