Especially the bathroom/toilet is very, very small, so just be aware of that when you book. I'm not really sure how a grown man can use the bathroom :D But i saw several stay here, so i think they managed ;) But a good hotel in very nice surroundings with bistros, restaurants, supermarkets, metros, busses. The area also has a lot of street art. I felt safe there. Breakfast is 8 euro and is okay, but maybe go to the bistro by the Nationale Metro for 8,50 euro.
