  • Located just outside city limits. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful 8 acre working homestead.

    Other things to note
    This a working homestead. We have chickens, rabbits and goats. In the morning, you may hear the crow of Junior or Roo. They are the resident roosters.

    All animals are confined to their own areas.

* We are a working homestead and ask that you respect our grounds and animals. * Animal and garden area areas are off limits.

* We ask that you don't flush anything other than the provided septic safe toilet paper. Please don't flush wipes, feminine hygiene items, etc.

* Smoking, of any kind, in the home will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

Wonderful!

This rental was very clean, very well stocked and had extra little touches that made our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed meeting Mark; he responded quickly to any questions. The location was perfect, very close to town but seemed like being in the country. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again when in Paris.

Amazing stay

One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in so far. Very clean beautiful, modern decor. Extra special little touches. Very convenient to Paris an a 20 minute drive to Bethel University. Mark the property owner was very nice an available for any of our needs. Highly recommend if your coming to the area.

This was our second time staying with M&M Meadows. This home is very comfortable, clean and in the perfect location for our visit to Tennessee.
