Charmant studio de 25m² situé au 1er étage (sans ascenseur) dans le 10e arrondissement de Paris, parfait pour un couple avec enfants. Fonctionnel et bien agencé, il dispose d’un lit double, d’un canapé convertible, d’une cuisine équipée (plaques, frigo, micro-ondes…), d’une salle de bain avec douche et de plusieurs espaces de rangement. Vous serez à seulement 50m du métro et à 3 minutes à pied de la station République, idéale pour explorer la ville facilement.

Situé au 1er étage d’un immeuble sans ascenseur, ce studio chaleureux de 25m² est niché au cœur du 10e arrondissement de Paris. Idéal pour un couple, il vous place à quelques minutes à pied de la station République et de nombreux bars et restaurants typiquement parisiens.  
  
Le logement comprend une kitchenette entièrement équipée avec plaques, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière Dolce Gusto, bouilloire et ustensiles. Il dispose d’un lit double confortable (160x200), d’un canapé-lit d’appoint, d’une salle d’eau avec douche, d’un sèche-cheveux, d’un fer et d’une table à repasser.  
  
Vous y trouverez aussi du Wi-Fi rapide, des rangements pratiques ainsi que le linge de lit, savon et serviettes fournis. Un pied-à-terre parfait pour découvrir Paris dans un cadre pratique et douillet.  
  
Nous fournissons une petite quantité de consommables pour débuter votre séjour (1 papier toilette, 1 savon, 1 champoing et 1 savon pour les main).   
  
Nous fournissons aussi 1 seul grande serviette par personne.   
  
Pour le reste de votre séjour, il vous appartient de compléter selon vos besoins.
