Nice hotel, great facilities and lovely bar. Walking distance to village and parks!

Nice hotel close to the parks. The only issues are check in takes a while, I don’t see why you have to fill in your information on a piece of paper again when they have it already from your booking. When I arrived at my room the cleaners were having a screaming argument, not very professional or welcoming! There’s also not a plug beside the bed which was annoying! Other than that the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

There seemed a huge bureaucracy kicked in owing to the reservation showing one person rather than two persons at check-in. Accompanied with a long discussion and about 25 minutes of added wait time and ‘adjustments’ to the system - it was explained that added tax was required for the second person (my wife in this case). My half hour of waiting resulted in a grand total of 1.65 Euros to the French Government / or about two US Dollars??????? I am guessing that Disneyland Paris has a very lopsided view of efficiency / customer service in consideration of the amount involved here. My net hourly rate is about $70 so I figure they chewed up $35 of my time for $2 Bucks?????

Sequoia is getting tired

Posted 05-Apr-2018
Very very long check in.. mainly due to the fact that 2 poor receptionists were having to do everything from the phone to the printing to the questions. The hotel is very tired and has a very strange smell that is like old caravans. The pool is good but changing rooms small. The bar is good and cosy with great service and good choice.

No water and No coffee

Posted 12-Mar-2018
Everything was fine EXCEPT the cost of a bottle of water. €3 to €4 for a small bottle is NOT acceptable. Also there are no tea and coffe making facilities in the rooms. There was not even a coffee machines in the ground floor of Big Slur Lodge.

Hotel was fine

Posted 11-Mar-2018
Problem is Disney.had enough of people walking about the parks and in the queues smoking.it is prohibited but not enforced by any measure. If we could lift the hotel and set it down, say in another country, then I would stay here again.
