We had a nice stay , more outside, just for sleeping we were at the apartment
We stayed for 4 nights, we had everything what we needed inside. The bus stop is close by, nice and comfy place, to feel the real Frances bit away from the center and all the crowds.

Good neighbourhood, pleasant stay
Property was clean and tidy, we had no troubles finding our way to and from, was at a good walkable distance drom train station as well. The only downside of the week was the microwave, which didn't heat on any wattage, but we managed on the hob instead. I'd recommend leaving6a few more spoons and forks in the property for future guests, but all in all, it was very decent and cheap. Thank you for your business, we've enjoyed our holiday and hopefully we can collaborate again in the future. All the best, Denise

Nice property…little outside of Paris.. Furniture chairs broken, couch dirty stains.. Smaller but comfortable.. nice skylight in bedroom.. good for 2..

Appart ok, déboires avec la propriétaire
Bon rapport avec ma personne en charge de la gestion de l'appartement. Il a fait ce qu'il a pu pour résoudre les deux problèmes 1.evier cuisine bouche, résolu rapidement, rien à redire 2.pzd d'eau chaude dans la douche..tout mon séjour du 5 au 22fev à utiliser la bonne vieille méthode du seau et de la casserole.. Le gérant a essayé de faire bouger la propriétaire qui s'est réveillée le samedi 17 février Plombier appointé pour une intervention le mardi 20 février Pas venu et report au jeudi 22, jour de mon départ 3.jallais oublié : 3.1 a leur demande, un locataire netant pas parti le 4, ils m'ont proposé de n'arriver que le 5, ce que j'ai accepté J'attends toujours a ce jour le remboursement de la nuit non consommée refus de solution amiable (de la peut être propriétaire) avec un refus catégorique de m'indemniser pour le préjudice "du seau" Et pour couronner le tout, comme s'il n'y en avait pas assez, menaces en filigrane de recourir a son avocat/avocat Tirez en la conclusion. Par contre, je tiens à remercier le gérant pour toutes les tentatives, en vain, de résoudre les problémes. A suivre avec le service de réclamation Abritel qui a été saisi

Le lieu est proche de Paris. Mais avec les travaux d'été c'est unn peu long. Sinon ras endroit calme tranquille ert bus pour Paris à deux minutes

Bon séjour à Paris
Un appartement très bien situé pour se rendre au parc Disneyland Paris. L’hôte a été joignable quand nous en avons besoin à notre arrivée. Nous le remercions pour l’agréable séjour que nous y avons passé.
