800 meters between the Canal Saint-Martin and the Buttes-Chaumont park, and only 3 kilometers from the Louvre museum (nice walk in perspective), in a popular area with local shops at the bottom of the building, you will be accommodated in a quiet studio on the second floor, without elevator.  
  
The Colonel Fabien metro station, line #2, is less than 3 minutes walk from the apartment.  
  
From this metro station, you are 30 minutes from the Champs-Élysées, 18 minutes from the Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur, and 42 minutes from the Eiffel Tower.
