The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso Classic coffee machine. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machines for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and overlooks the courtyard. The second bedroom has a double bed and faces the street. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two half bathrooms — one with a shower and the other with a toilet and sink — both accessible from the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
