The apartment is in a family friendly neighborhood about a 20-30 minute metro ride from most tourist attractions. The metro station is steps away. We had an amazing meal at local bistro, Jeanette. It was clean and worked well for us. The owner was very communicative. It is important to note the air conditioner is a unit on the first floor (very common in Europe) and all the bedrooms are on the second floor. Due to construction on the building, the scaffolding prevented much air from circulating upstairs, however each bedroom had a fan, which was helpful. It is located farther out of the city but it is right around the corner from the metro station. It's on a busy street and the family member who slept on the ground floor had to wear earplugs because of the sidewalk traffic right outside the door. There was some construction on the front of the building going on so the entrance and all windows were covered up with scaffolding and there were workers actively working. I would check with owners about the status of the construction because it did cause a few problems getting in/out of the apartment. The rooms were all large and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were responsive with questions/issues we had during our stay. If you want space to spread out and don't mind a little longer commute to main attractions, then this would be a great place to stay. ##### Jen C. Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance and getting fresh croissants from the local bakery in the morning is a real treat. A small issue with the apartment was dealt with quickly and communications with the owner were always helpful. Overall, a great long weekend - thank you. ##### Tara H. It was actually a lot more spacious than I expected. The owner was help right from the time of booking in arranging a ride from the Train Station and options for rides to attractions around Paris. There are lots of shops and restaurants very near by and you are around the corner from a metro stop as well. ##### Kerrie S. Driver was excellent! I would advise to use the driver service if coming from train or airport. Sory was an excellent driver and can accommodate a large amount of luggage.
