- a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- an en-suite bathroom with shower,
- washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner,
- TV, Wi-Fi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

Located 5 min away from the station Mairie d'Issy, it will just take you a few minutes to join Paris’ main touristic places : Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, Orsay Museum, Louvre… But you’ll also be able to enjoy the area : between the ultra-modern tours housing mondial companies such as Microsoft, Huawei, Accor and Canal, and the sweetness of river Seine’s green islands, you’ll be surprised at each corner.
