The location was very close and walkable to many attractions. It was very clean, spotless! Our unit seemed to be renovated recently, so all the appliances, furniture, sheets and towels seemed like new. We requested an upgrade from our original reservation to a bigger unit and it was accepted. we paid the price difference, but it was worth it. The unit was very quiet and we had great sleep at all nights. There were a few issues with the AC or door handle but the owner was very responsive and quickly sent someone to take care of issues. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. Lots and lots of space. It had air conditioning which was HUGE! The space is very moden and had everything we could have wanted included...Nespresso maker, fridge, shampoo/conditioner, comfy bedding and even books to read. It was my family and I’s first trip to Paris and we loved our entire stay here. The staff was so kind and efficient. When we needed assistance, we received it immediately. When we first arrived, we need assistance with going into our room. I contacted the property and before we know it, a staff member immediately arrived to assist. I was absolutely shocked (in a good way) with how prompt they were! I’m not over exaggerating when I say that right when we requested for help, they arrived in less than five minutes. The whole staff was nothing but helpful and pleasant. One of the things that we loved was how convenient the property was. The public transportation, restaurants, and the tourist attractions were easy for us to access. Everything that we needed was of walking distance. Loved the breakfast! It was such a great way to start the day. Not only was the food delicious (I was veryyyyy fond of the croissants), the staff made us feel at home. The fact that the property was a hotel and an apartment hybrid made us feel at home as well. As a matter of fact, on our way back home after our vacation, my parents mentioned how much they enjoyed the stay instead of a regular hotel or an AirBnB. My family and I have talked about coming back to Paris and my parents had emphasized that they wanted to stay here again. Our desire to come back to Paris is definitely in part to how wonderful our stay here was.
