Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 20 m² studio apartment for rent in Antony that can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground-floor, it comprises a 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a double sofa bed, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises

\- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- A shower room with shower, washing machine and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A private north-facing garden of 20 m² with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The studio is ideally located in Antony, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
