This spacious and elegantly designed apartment is ideal for families, business travelers, or groups of friends. Featuring three luxurious bedrooms, a bright and stylish living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, it offers both comfort and convenience.  
  
The apartment includes a bright and inviting living room, a dining room that seats up to eight guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as an induction stove, combined microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and essential cookware. There is one shared bathroom with a shower and WC, two private en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower, both without WC), and two separate WCs for added convenience.  
  
Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, no WC), a queen-size bed in the second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, no WC), and a double bed in the third bedroom. The living room features a high-quality sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests. The apartment comfortably accommodates six to eight guests.
