Upon arrival and numerous other times we were locked out of the apt. The “virtual key” worked intermittently. On arrival, “call support” was our only choice. Called only to be told it was working and try again. Later that day I was locked out and thankfully someone inside opened the door. The following morning I was stuck outside again till support unlocked the door remotely. This went on for the next three days of our 5 day stay.Many times it wouldn’t work and then 15- 30 minutes later it would work. Incredibly frustrating and often it was raining outside while we would wait for either the lock to open or someone in support to return our call and open the door. We were told to try a new link they would send; a different browser; it’s working on our end so they don’t know what to tell us; use the key that was left on the table; etc. The most galling thing was being told, “it was working for the people before you!” The day before we left they had a low battery signal and asked to replace the key's battery. Great. The second huge inconvenience was the air-conditioning didn’t work upon arrival. The apartment was hot and musty and unable to get it to work we called for assistance. After an hour on the phone with support and a tech we were told System was locked and had to wait for someone to come to the apt and reprogram THE NEXT DAY. First night was miserable as 2 bedrooms have no windows. This apt was too expensive to be aggravated half the time we stayed in Paris.
