Die Lage ist ruhig und Strand sowie mehrere Tavernen und Strandbars sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer es mag, kann abends an der Poolbar noch eine gesellige Zeit haben. Heidi und Uwe sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Kleine feine Ferienanlage mit einem Ferienhaus für bis zu 8 Personen und 5 Ferienwohnungen für 4-6 Personen. Das Ganze teilt sich auf drei Gebäude auf, die zwar eng beieinander stehen, aber durch einen gepflegten Garten in der Mitte des Grundstücks und geschickte Baumbepflanzung rückt man sich nicht auf die Pelle. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle nach hinten raus, so dass man selbst, wenn an der Poolbar gefeiert wird, in Ruhe schlafen kann. Wir wohnten im Ferienhaus, welches gehobenen deutschen Standard hat. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Aufgrund der Größe und Beschaffenheit des Hauses kann ich mir hier auch einen Aufenthalt in einer kälteren Jahreszeit sehr gemütlich vorstellen. Die Vermieter Birgit und Uwe wohnen mit dem Sohn Angelo mit in der Anlage und halten diese hervorragend in Schuß! Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wird und eine kleine Poolbar, die als offener Treff für die Gäste dient. Es gibt Getränke zu kaufen, aber es kann sich jeder auch seine eigenen Getränke mitbringen. An so manchem Abend holt Uwe seine Gitarre raus und die beiden verwöhnen einen mit griechischen, internationalen und deutschen Liedern. Oder es wird gegrillt, oder Dart gespielt, oder, oder, oder….! Aber auch für diejenigen, die so etwas nicht mögen, ist die Aspri Villa zu empfehlen. Denn: Jeder kann mitmachen, es gibt aber keine Verpflichtung! Des weiteren bieten Birgit und Uwe ein tolles Ausflugsprogramm an: Segel-Turns ins benachbarte Parga oder zur vorgelagerten Insel Paxos (inkl. Schwimm- und Tauch-Stopp an der felsigen Steilküste), eine Delfin-Tour, eine Flußtour auf dem Acheron oder gar eine Flußwanderung! Alle diese Ausflüge zeigen die Region Eprirus in ihrer Schönheit und so wie man es als Tourist auf eigene Faust nicht erleben könnte! Der Ort Ammoudia ist vom Massentourismus weitestgehend verschont geblieben. Es gibt hervorragende Tavernen, einen wunderbaren Strand und viel griechische Herzlichkeit! Allerdings ist der Ort ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen. Es gibt keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel im Ort. Also entweder mit dem (Miet-) Auto anreisen oder Uwe stellt seinen PKW nach Absprache zu fairen Konditionen seinen Gästen zur Verfügung. Er bietet auch Transfers zum Flughafen oder zur Fähre an. FAZIT: Eine top gepflegte Anlage, herzliche Vermieter in einem kleinen verschlafenen griechischen Fischerdorf mit einem wunderschönen Strand! Wir können uns keinen besseren Urlaub vorstellen! Wir (37+37+7) waren das zweite Mal bei Angelo, Birgit und Uwe zu Gast. Die Freundlichkeit, Offenheit und Hilfsbereitschaft von den Dreien ist umwerfend und wunderbar. Worum auch immer es ging, sie sind für ihre Gäste sofort da. Der Zustand der gesamten Anlage, der Unterkunft waren in tadellosem Zustand und wurde ständig von Uwe und Birgit in diesem gehalten. Der Pool wurde täglich in den Morgenstunden gereinigt. Auch ein örtlicher Wasserausfall für zwei Tage brachte sie und damit uns, nicht aus der Ruhe. Aspri-Villa verfügt nämlich für diese Fälle über eine unabhängige Wasserversorgung :) Dieses Gefühl, im Urlaub sehr gut versorgt und umsorgt zu werden, setzte sich auf den Touren, welche angeboten werden fort. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die Paxos-Segeltour und die Delfin-V8-Motorboottour. Man sieht mit den beiden Ecken der Gegend um Ammoudia, welche selbst so nicht erkundet hätten werden können. Ammoudia, der kleine-zum Glück vom Tourismus verschont gebliebene- Ort, lädt mit seinen Tavernen und freundlichen Gastgebern am Hafen zum günstigen Essen in den Abendstunden ein. Der Sandstrand ist ein Traum, selbst am Wochenende weit davon entfernt, als "voll" bezeichnet zu werden. Wer im Urlaub "Zeit für sich und Familie" sucht bzw. auch das Gefühl haben will, etwas erleben zu können, was nicht "All-inklusive" ist, ist bei Uwe und Birgit sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Ausstattung, Küche etc. ist modern und ausgezeichnet. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist sehr gut! Die Ferienhäuser sind relativ eng zusammengebaut. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist griechisch und noch verbesserungswürdig. Im Ort gibt es sehr gute und preisgünstige Tavernen. Der Stand ist mit feinem Sand. Mit einem eigenen Auto kann man die schöne und interessante Umgebung erforschen (Parga, Preveza, Lefkas etc.). Eine Schifffahrt am Fluss Acheron, Besuch der Quellen, sowie Besichtigung des Nakryomanteion ist Pflicht und sehr interessant. Alles in Allem ein angenehmer Urlaub für ältere Leute. Doch wer einen perfekten Urlaub erleben will, sollte ihn unbedingt in der Aspri Villa verbringen, bzw. im neuen Ferienhaus. Das Haus wurde ganz neu gebaut und ist für eine Großfamilie bzw. für 2 befreundete Familie ideal. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Aber auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten die bei Uwe und Birgit angeboten werden, lassen keine Wünsche offen und man erlebt das ürsprüngliche Griechenland. Uwes Motto: Alles geht, keiner muss! Man erlebt hier Dinge, die man sonst bei einer Pauschalreise in irgendeinem Hotel nie erleben würde. ---
