"Fantastic hotel for families. Very accommodating. We arrived well past midnight and they weny above and beyond. Very clean and comfortable beds. One complaint is there are no laundry facilities even though Expedia description has them listed. Absolutely will stay here again. "

We were satisfied with the receptionists, who were on duty 7/24 and helped a lot (public transport, venice tax, getting back to airport etc.).
