"I had a very good stay here . The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is comfortable and in a good location. It was early May , but I felt too warm in the room- asked the front desk about the AC that was turned off ( I had specifically booked the hotel with AC knowing I would not be comfortable in a warm room). They said they didn’t have it turned on for the season but promised to do it for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back to my room at night that the AC was working - the listened and accomodated my request . I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Frascatti. "

"This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! At check out, I informed the reception, but she was not even sure what number to call reception."

"This is a modern hotel and is themed around Italian cinema due to its location. The rooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable. The location is good for metro, it’s about a 5/10 minute walk to a station and then 20 mins into Rome centre. The area around the hotel looks run down but the hotel is good. Breakfast is the usual continental with some hot eggs and bacon. Rooms on the back have balconies and a better view this does mean some residents go out on them to smoke and talk late at night. All in all a decent hotel and the staff are very good."

"The view from our room was stunning. Very spacious quiet hotel with beautiful vintage furnishings, excellent breakfasts and comfortable bed. Lots of available parking near the entrance. The wifi was very spotty especially in our room. Hallways were dimly lit. Overall a great stay in Friscati."

"The photos definitely make it look like a 5 star hotel. I would give it a 2.5-3 at best. Make sure to not book if you can’t get the lake view. That’s the best thing about the hotel. No amenities. The pictures make the place look 10x better than it is. Underwhelming in person"
