"1,방이 크지 않다는 걸 이해하고 있었지만 짐을 풀기 힘들정도로 작아요 Suitcase 하나 정도면 가능할수 있어요 2, 주차장이 작아서 호텔과 떨어진 곳에 세우고 와야해요 3, 아침 식사 평이 특별히 좋은걸로 보았는데 평범해요 특별하진 않아요 4, 호텔 식당에서 저녁식사를 했는데 식사는 괜찮은 편이였어요 큰 레스토랑이 꽉 찬걸로 보아 동네 맛집인듯~ 4성급이고 리뷰가 좋아서 기대했는데 제 느낌에 그정도는 아닌거같네요 "

I’m happy with VRBO and will continue to use VRBO. However I will never use that host and I do not recommend the host or property. It felt very unsafe and dark. "I sent an email asking the hotel about public transport to get to the hotel and the worker Valentina told me the trains to get I tild her TAXI was not an option. 90 euros taxi 70 euros night at the hotel. To our surprise trains were not working due to maintenance she should have told me. I was till 2 o' clock in the morning picking up buses and trains and there was NO possible way to get to Brunello. I am with a minor it was absolutely horrendous. We had to go to Milan Centrale and obviously find another hotel. I sincerelly think it is misleading propaganda and she should have warned me : THERE IS NO TRAIN WORKING TODAY. IT was no show because of the impossibility to get there. The add should be clear our hotel is for people with a car or people willing to pay 90 euros for a taxi! I will ask for a reimburse because I find this unfair and unacceptable."
