The house offers two sleeping areas: a comfortable double bed on the ground floor and a lovingly converted sleeping loft, accessible via a steep staircase – a true adventure for those who appreciate something special. Explore the rolling hills and clear streams of the Wockertal valley on foot or by bicycle, discover the historic old town of Parchim, and let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of nature. At Lake Wockersee, you'll find an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn, which attracts many visitors when the weather is nice. There is also a boat rental service with rowboats and pedal boats. Lake Wockersee has also made a name for itself as an angler's paradise (fishing license required). Among the fish found here are eel, pike, perch, carp, tench, and zander.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Fishing licenses are available from the Parchim tourist information office.
