Location of the property was great for walking because the city is not great for driving in! 10-15 walk from Old Montreal, 20 minutes from Via Rail.
Rooms could have been cleaner and definitely need updating but not too bad. Breakfast was good, pretty much like any other hotel. We had a family of 5. Two queen beds in main room with TV and a pull out couch in a separate room with a TV. The room was set up a little weird, would have been nicer for the adults (mom/dad) to have the separate room and all the kids in main room for more privacy. There was no way the two adults were sleeping on a pull out couch! Lol
Underground parking was safe and secure, but $36.50 per day is kind of steep, but not much of an option, so they can pretty much charge what they want.
Overall, it was a good stay. If you want a nicer/newer room/hotel, you will pay quite a bit more.
