"Our stay at Hotel Universal was pleasant and convenient. We were in from Calgary for the Canadian Championships for soccer and it was only a 1/2 block away. The staff were helpful and the restaurant was good food. I would recommend this hotel."

"-Lovely and affordable place. It felt more like a condo unit than a hotel with how cozy and spacious it is. For reference, we got the room with 2 queen beds. -There is a bus stop right in front of it so it's very convenient if you wanna take public transpo. A train station is also around 10 mins walk from the hotel. -Staff is also very helpful and accommodating. -best of all: free laundry and coffee"

Nous n’avons pas bien dormi car à chaque fois que le voisin ouvrait sa porte on avait l’impression que c’était la nôtre, aussi la porte d’entrée du corridor faisait Trop de bruits. Sinon tout le reste etait bien."
