BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH A POOL near the beaches in PARATY: Casa Canto dos Saíras

Casa Canto dos Saías is super charming and cosy! It has a great location for those who want to enjoy the best beaches in the region, which is just a 5-minute drive away, where you can take a boat to visit Pelado Island and Cedro Island.
Paraty has many waterfalls, but near our area you will find beautiful and famous waterfalls like the Crepúsculo Waterfall (where the film Twilight was filmed).
It's also worth visiting the historic centre of Paraty, which is 18 km from our house.
In the area you'll find a bakery, a small market, and public transport, but ideally you should have a car. Oh! Next to our house there's a very nice river where you can cool off on hot days.
In addition to having a beautiful house with double-height ceilings, our pool has solar heating, and the kitchen is integrated into the living room, providing greater comfort for guests during gatherings and lunches with family and friends, as well as being well-ventilated, bright, and spacious.
