Probably our only complaint was the tv reception was very limited. With it cutting out and not reloading. Plus the parking is very tight. If the neighbours park on the slightest angle, you can’t get out of the car. It is an apartment in an apartment complex. A tenant was nice enough to make a call for me to contact apartment owner renting out his place. She saw people coming and going from a certain apartment. I then had to wait for an email, email my check-in info but then didn’t hear back from owner. So after a while I called Hotels.com to cancel, like within two hours of booking. I was told I would get my money back via the owner through Hotels.com as I could not check in fully, it was late and I wanted to get settle for the night. We went to a nice place down the road and spent the night elsewhere. The next day the owner refused to refund my money.
